Hanson knew it was time to start his own HVAC family business after the birth of his second child and first son Howie in 2023. As a full-time salesperson for a locally “family owned” business, he thought there would be family leave benefits he could access but unfortunately that was not the case as the locally owned company had been sold and was only pretending to still be family owned. 

Hanson had worked for a couple different HVAC companies here in San Diego and Orange County. He watched them go from small businesses to thriving businesses and in the process witnessed first-hand what not to do if you want to maintain a stellar reputation as well as affordable pricing.
